位于 雷里斯校园, the 威尼斯人博彩 District 紧急医疗服务 (EMS) Program is intended for students who wish to receive a high-quality education experience and desire to dedicate themselves to careers in emergency medical services. Students completing coursework in the associate degree and paramedic certificate programs are eligible to take the 德州 certification or licensing exams and/or the National Registry exam.
The 威尼斯人博彩 District 紧急医疗服务 Program is accredited by the Commission on 认证 of Allied Health Education 威尼斯人娱乐城 (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Committee on 认证 of Educational 威尼斯人娱乐城 for the 紧急医疗服务 Professions (CoAEMSP).

This program provides students with the knowledge and skills utilized in pre-hospital care and emergency centers. Students can earn a Level-1 certificate and gain valuable skills while working towrd their AAS in EMS.

Blinn’s EMT Program is a one-semester program that prepares students for certification by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and the 德州 Department of State Health Services. The seven-credit hour program includes classroom and lab instruction, students participate in 116 clinical hours. Clinical rotations include riding third on an ambulance, as well as supervised time in emergency and labor and delivery 部门.
